i have to prepare a cooking prac in class soon and it has to be about one of these ingredients promoterly in i?

im not sure what to make
and im in year 9 and the teacher expects alot from me

Stacie, I’m not sure what your question is, exactly. Do you have to do a report on one of the foods or prepare one of the foods? Both? If you edit your question and let us know exactly what it is you are looking for, there are a lot of very smart people here who are also very talented cooks and they/we would be glad to help!

Edit: Ok, so you have to prepare something. Go for using two of the superfoods on your list. Like cranberries and chocolate – they’re great together! Since you’ll be sharing this I’d guess, you’ll want something with a high yield. How’s this sound?

Chocolate Cranberry Dessert Bars

* 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
* 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
* 2 cups flour
* 1 1/2 cups quick oats
* 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
* 2 cups Hershey Special Dark (or other dark chocolate) chocolate chips
* 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
* 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Beat butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour, oats and orange peel until crumbly. Stir in morsels and cranberries; reserve 2 cups mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Pour over hot crust; sprinkle with reserved flour mixture. Bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

The sweetened, dried cranberries are sold under the name “Craisins” where I live, but they shouldn’t be too hard to find. Also, if you can’t find any dark chocolate chips, just buy a few bars of dark chocolate and chop it up. This recipe is just a variation on 7 Layer Bars/Magic Cookie Bars, by the way. It’s also FANTASTIC.
